Proof of address
Document proving the owner lives in Jalisco at the address declared for the procedure. It must be no more than 3 months old (90 days for the canje), and must be in the owner's name. If you rent, you need your lease, the latest CFDI rent invoice, and the landlord's proof of address.
How to get it
Accepted documents: utility bills (CFE for electricity, water, internet, landline, gas), bank statement, or the most recent property tax (predial) receipt for the current fiscal year. Either physical originals or printed digital copies work.
